Jackson Hospital recognizes its Employees at Service Awards Banquet

August 15, 2016, Marianna, FL. Jackson Hospital’s Employee Leadership Council (ELC) hosted an elegant evening Thursday August 11th to recognize the service of employees. The Hospital is one of the rare organizations with employee longevity and this allows it to enjoy the top 25th percentile in Customer Service per HCACHPs rating system.
Pictured are the three employees attending the elegant dinner who received recognition for 30 years of service, respectively: Mrs. Linda Boykin of Patient Access, Mrs. Debbie Jackson of Human Resources, and Mrs. Connie Swearingen, of Maternal/Child Nursing Unit.

The Hospital’s Employee Leadership Council consists of staff from different operating departments who as a council arrange a variety of employee activities. The Council earns monies through Friday Blue Jean Days to fund employee activities such as the Service Awards banquet.
Brooke Donaldson, Associate Administrator/Human Resources, says “Our employees are the face of our services, whether in-patient, out-patient, emergency, or in the affiliated physician practices; we are so proud to set aside a special event to recognize their service.” She continues, “The Hospital enjoys a very stable workforce of dedicated employees who provide compassionate, quality care to all patients.”
